• We are sorry, but we can't allow any pets in our hotel

• Please be aware that the above mentioned prices are valid from a minimum stay of 4 days. If you visit us for a shorter period, the surcharge will be € 15,00 per person and day 

Children & reductions:

Chalet:

Our children reduction is valid after a minimum of 4 (max. 8 persons) full paying guests as follows:

• Children from 0 to 5 years get a reduction of 100%
• Children from 6 to 12 years get a reduction of  40%
• Children from 13 to 15 years get a reduction of 30%.

Suite:

Our children reduction is valid after a minimum of 2 full paying guests as follows:

• Children from 0 to 5 years costs € 15,00 per day
• Children from 6 to 12 years get a reduction of 40%
• Children from 12 to 15 years get a reduction of 30%.

Cancellation:

• to 3 months before arrival there is no cancellation fee
• to 1 month before arrival 40% of the total package price
• until 1 week before arrival 70 % of the total package price
• in the last week before arrival 90 % of the total package price
• even on the day of arrival 100% whole
