• We are sorry, but we can't allow any pets in our hotel

• Please be aware that the above mentioned prices are valid from a minimum stay of 4 days. If you visit us for a shorter period, the surcharge will be € 15,00 per person and day 

Children & reductions:

Chalet:

Our children reduction is valid after a minimum of 4 full paying guests as follows:

• Children from 0 to 15 years receive a reduction of 100%
• People over 16 years receive a reduction of 50%

Suite:

Our children reduction is valid after a minimum of 2 full paying guests as follows:

Turmsuiten, Turmsuite Deluxe & Sonnensuite

• The price for kids up to 5 years is € 11,00 per day
• Kids from 6 to 15 years get a discount of 50%

Kaisersuiten & Panoramasuiten

• Kids up to 5 years are free of charge!
• The price for kids from  6 to 10 years is € 20,00 per day
• The price for kids from 11 to 15 years is € 30,00 per day

Cancellation:

• to 3 months before arrival there is no cancellation fee
• to 1 month before arrival 40% of the total package price
• until 1 week before arrival 70 % of the total package price
• in the last week before arrival 90 % of the total package price
• even on the day of arrival 100% whole
